Currently taking the 22 mm Banjo (?) bolt apart and need to get the pulley off before I can get a good hold on the interior pump nut. Pulley nut came of fine and I loosened the tensioner bolt so the whole unit swings free. I've wedged a pry bar behind the pully and tapped/banged on it, rotating the pully 1/4 turn each attempt, pully won't budge. Do I need some special type of "puller"? Once I get the pully off, I stand a better chance of getting those main pump line (banjo 22 mm) nuts apart.

Yes, that would be helpful - 3.0 Liter V6 4x4. All the DIY vids I see, they pull the front nut off and the pulley comes right off. Mine feels like it's welded on :(

A 3 jaw pulley puller should work.
They sell them at most hardware and parts stores.

With the design of the pulley's on the toyota engine fronts,
one of these is real handy to have on hand....
locks into that pulley with a gorilla grip.

way easier and safer than the bi/tri jaw pullers....
    .....its meant for tight situations....

And by the way.....everything yields to the torch and Pb blaster........

Lol - "Everything yields to the torch", that was my nuclear option. Thanks for the puller info!

There's nothing quite like finding a part you didn't see where it came from. I have a small brass half dome "union tube seat?" that fits perfectly in the end of the PS fluid flow control bolt and the Air control valve. I've read and looked at diagrams and still unsure - any ideas?
