    Hello all,

just passing along my findings for anyone that had a first gen and was getting a steering wheel vibration at stop while truck was in drive.
My solution was brand new OEM motor mounts from Toyota. Smacked the new pair in and also changed my transmission mount while doing so. My steering wheel doesn’t even budge anymore and all vibration is now gone when at a stoplight/foot on brake/ and truck in drive. At idle/or in neutral my steering wheel would not vibrate only under load while at a stoplight/foot on brake.

just passing on my findings for anyone that may Be going through the same thing I was going through with my truck.

word of advice: if financially possible, SPEND the extra money and get OEM mounts from Toyota. I can drastically feel the difference from OEM vs aftermarket mounts I’ve used on other cars in the past. Sounds very obvious to say but trust me people, get the OEM mounts. Beyond worth it and your drive train will thank you later.
