Need some help. Ive been tracing out an overheating wire. It extends from a relay in the fuse box to a white connector block. Doesnt appear to be overheating from the white block on to its final destination. Most of the wires from this block can be positively traced to headlights and turn signals.

Could a bad bulb or fixture cause a wire to melt?

My fuse box cover labels are worn off in the area i need, is there a relay for lights?

The relay its attached to is the bottom right in the picture of the actual fuse box below. As you can see that part of my diagram is missing, my kind of luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After getting some schematics, its the heater relay. The specific wire is a ground running from relay to a block that joins it with other grounds from misc systems.

Tmw i will check all the grounds and disconnect heater circuit and see what i find.
