Anyone interested in a write up? I'm mid process and figured I'd ask.

Sneak peek I guess haha. I'll be a couple days before I get to final fitment and the whole process documented. 20170314_205512.jpg

They are fairly comfy. I don't think I'd recommend them to anyone who already has issues with leg room. They work for me because I had the bench a couple notches from full extention anyways. I just have to make a couple plates and figure out what I'm going to do for a console. 20170315_094058.jpg

Gen and Boo both like their new love seat as well.

Sure hombre, a write up is always encouraged. I found some nice firm sturdy seats from a 94 4Runner but couldn't find how much modification would be needed to get em to work in my Taco. Nice pics of where the seat frame lines up with the existing mounting holes would be good. And when you get finished, what you did to get those brackets to work with the trucks mounting holes. Let us know how it goes.

For 4Runner seats, only 3 holes line up. I think how people have gotten around is is drilling a hole in the cab floor.

Oh I thought that applied to the 95 and later 4Runners? I definitely could be wrong though.

Not sure, I just know that 3rd gen 4Runners were basically identical to 1st gen Tacomas.

Yeah these are a bit more of a project compared to a 3rd Gen runner seat from what I've read. only one hole lines up good and you have a hell of a lean to the outside.

Yeah only 2 rails. I'll have my setup done tonight I think. you can't use the factory rails on the pickup buckets they bolt on from the side and the tacoma bolts from the bottom.

All the holes are there for the 8 mounting points you will need tho.
