'95 Stuck Parking Brake / Dummy Light

    The cable from the handle runs to a bell crank on the frame, under the cab. There is a second cable that runs from that bell crank to another one on the rear end. A third cable connects that bell crank to the two bell cranks on the brake drum backing plate. If you are seeing no movement at the rear end one of the two front cables may be disconnected, broken, or froze up with rust/corrosion, or one or more of the bell cranks may be froze up.
