Im a tacoma fan. My friend has a really sexy 94 and ever since i've been looking to buy one.

This is the one i've came across somewhat in my price range but well my dads being a b**** lol.

    http://www.ksl.com/index.php?sid=0&nid=443&tab=list/view&ad=4485478

It gets blue booked at like $4,500 in excellent condition and they are asking $6,300. Thats one thing my dad was saying he was also talking about blah blah bigger tires more money and how it will get worse gas milage. I know all that crap but i need to try and convince him because i want my sexy taco -_-. So i need your guys help to convince him and also just what you think of that truck.

    Thanks.

ps sorry if this was wrong section i wasn't really sure where to put this thread.

Looks like a great truck! Good condition, nice wheels, canopy. It still has lots of life left in it too!

Get it, and you wont regret it.

Who's paying for it? If you are then it doesn't matter what dad says.
Definitely need to talk the price down, though.

These trucks do hold their value extremely well and are in high demand due to so many of them being taken off the road by toyota due to rust. Most of them list around here well above top KBB price regardless of condition. That being said that one is still a little high but I'm sure he's negotiable if you walk up and plop cash down in his hand.

On a side note I see you're in Utah... whatever you do don't buy a silver 1st gen with a 6 in trailmaster lift...

And why not buy a silver one with a 6in lift?

EDIT: I gave the guy a text and hopefully am going to go look at his truck within a few days! I'm happy now lol. Anything i should be looking for specifically on these Toyotas?
