95 Tacoma frame rust

frame has rust problems that they say can be fixed.# 1 patching # 2 frame repair well's # 3 anyone have a reasonable price for this fix.. I have found only 1 shop that will handle this..I am in the 60565 area code.. any input will be appreciated...

I am about to tackle this same project. I was thinking about grabbing a 4x8 sheet of 3/16'', pulling the bed off, making templates for the outside, then inside, cutting out the rusted parts and reinforcing the frame. Any other suggestions on how to accomplish this?
