My 95 tacoma 4cyl 2.4L when I drive it the engine revs up and down when driving as if its losing power. Its like its cutting out. WHAT HAPPENED:I took it off roading sunk it in a mudhole.(sunk up to the speaker in the door not near the computer or even close to the steering wheel) I checked everything I had a bad starter.WHAT I REPLACED: replaced starter everything was fine check engine light came on checked the check engine light: bad o2 sensor replaced it now the check engine light is off. then I bought a new truck (not because it was running bad) it sat for about 1 month I went and fired it up and it died out of nowhere. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I replaced the TPS (throttle position sensor) still ran bad. Then I replaced the MAF (mass airflow sensor) checked the air filter checked for spark all good. it still runs bad. So I took it to a mechanic all he did was replace the alternator and put a new battery in it. He said it was good to go it wasn't took it home and parked it came back the same day and it would die. Took it back he replaced some o2 sensors and then it died in the middle of an intersection I had to pump the gas pedal and keep trying the starter for about 30 seconds. Then i had the fuel filter replaced. He then told me the computer could be the problem I removed it and there was no corrosion and it is clean. I don't know what to do from here any ideas?

Motor Mounts. The 4 cylinder motor mounts will go about 60,000 even though they look intact. Trust me as I own a 97 since new and went through the parts change bit & not until I changed the mounts did it run smooth as a sewing machine. I have to change mine every 60,000 and is now part of my Maintenance interval. 277,000 and still going strong.
