    I picked up some Duplicolor Truck Bed Coating the aerosol can one. I think the herculiner would be kind of too "gritty" on the bumper both inside and out, i think the duplicolor will look great on this. here is what mine looks like if no one seen

    Man, that thing looks lonely sitting there. It wants to be mounted up against that big red beauty. Lol.

    I was just looking at the duplicolor website. There are several options. I think 1welder used their ruberized undercoat. Looked pretty good in the pics he sent. I am still considering what I'm gonna do. Thinking hard about going the powdercoat route.

    3 coats may not be enough. I have 5 on my bull bar and bumpers and it scratches off way too easily.

    i;ve heard if you go more than 3 it actually makes it easier to come off. not sure if its true but i usually do 3 at the max

    Small lift and a topper!
    Excited to be on the list! I'm not sure yet how I'll be finishing it - at this point leaning toward black powdercoat or Rustoleum Hammered finish, which is quite sturdy. Also potentially on the list is Duplicolor Wheel Coating, which I used on my stock alloys and have found to be remarkably tough for a rattlecan job.

    looks like you got a good plan, i'm waiting for someone to powdercoat one so i can see what it looks like haha. i used rustoleum spray on bed liner from wal mart and it seems pretty tuff, haven't had any problems of flaking or peeling yet.

    haha one of these days i'll do it but right now gotta save all the money i can for school and what not. i'm real curious what a color matched powdercoated bumper would look like, i bet it would be pretty sick
