    Supreme, I''m sorry to hear about the accident. Thats a true bummer. I'm glad you and the lady are ok though.

    AS for dealing with the INS companies. Take everything they say with a grain of salt. And know your rights for your state. Also make sure everything is in writing before you commit to anything.

    I like the idea of going to the dealership, getting the check cut then going somewhere else. Too bad I havent had the luck of getting it to work. Maryland has some funny laws.

    Also dont agree to anything thru your ins company. Only deal with hers. It sounds pretty clear on the accident was her fault.
    But You could get burned and have to pay and never get anything back. And your premiums will go up. If you do things thru ur own ins, instead of waiting for hers.

    Also sounds like there maybe some frame damage with the bumper being pushed back an inch or more. That can really make a difference in repair times and cost. I'd find a really good thorough shop.
