No Toyota calls it a centre bearing or driveline support bearing but I’m a heavy duty mechanic and that’s what it’s called in semi trucks so that’s force of habit I guess, could also just be a Canadian thing eh. all ujoints are mint tho greased every 3 months or so

It had 2 little shims that came out I put them both behind the flange cause that looked like that’s where they were to begin with and and slip joint moves fine, it looks like in takes one behind and one before the flange but idk it a 1/32nd width shim would make that much difference I could be wrong tho

what I would do is send your vin to megeorge toyota.....
and they can pull up every part on that exact drive line...
along with part numbers and eta's if theyre out of stock....
best customer service I've ever seen......

I would order all the parts thru them.....
they're the ones that got all my parts for my rear bearing replacement quest.......
they knew difference between abs and non abs and made sure I got correct parts BEFORE THEY THE DANG ORDER WENT OUT.....

I ordered my genuine center bearing on ebay, I checked part number on a Toyota site based on all my truck options and the ebay seller said my part number was still wrong - they substituted correct part number (and rechecked - both part numbers show for my truck). Appears there are a bewildering number of part #'s for this center bearing - xtra cab - manual vs. auto - 4x4 or not.
