97 2.4L tacoma fuel injector replacement

First time poster here. I just bought a tacoma that had been sitting in a driveway for about a year and a half. It's the 2wd, 4 cyl, 2.4L, 5spd, but it only has 165k on it and one owner who was older and has passed away. Frame, suspension, transmission, interior, electrical all seems to be in working order. It seems to run fine when I cold start it and drive it for 10 or 15 minutes. Then I go to park it, turn it back on, and it's misfiring. I got a code that says cylinder 3 is the one that's missing. I have replaced plugs, wires, distributor cap and the [regulator button?] that goes under the cap. Fresh oil change, oil filter, air filter. Same problem persists. I have come to the conclusion that it's the fuel injector on cylinder 3 that needs to be replaced, but I could use a little help as far as how to go about doing that without f***ing it up. I know that I need to replace the O rings and seals with the actual fuel injector.

Does anyone have any links to a forum or video tutorial for a step by step on this? I know that cylinder 3 is easier to access than the ones on the other side, but some reassurance would help me figure the process out. Thanks everybody. I'll add pics soon.
