My truck blew a head gasket and radiator cracked on top of its many other issues... so i had the following replaced:
Head Gasket, Radiator, radiator cap, fuel filter, catalytic converter, muffler, 02 sensors, U-Joints, coolant hoses, Micro-V belts, copper plugs, ROL gaskets, air filter, oil filter, PCV valve, water pump, Thermostat, oil, antifreeze.
The check engine light is NOT on BUT the truck is still not running right, it really struggles to get up to speed from a complete stop like REALLY struggles.. it takes a good mile to get to 45 mph from stop and it runs at 4-5K rpm to do it, it stutters going certain speeds ie between 10-20 mph and between 50-60 mph.. this issue is worse going uphill, the truck idles fine... I don't know where to continue as far as what to replace/repair.. any advice much appreciated

    * i really don't know very much about auto mechanics so i hope my descriptions are helpful*

Sounds like it's off a tooth on the timing. Because the 3.4 uses a wasted spark system it's possible you have your plug wires landed incorrectly.

find a mechanic that can perform a leak down test... the short version of the leak down test is each piston is brought up to TDC compression stroke and pressurized air is inserted through an adaptor into the cylinder via an adaptor in the spark plug hole. If gauge 1(supply) has 100psi and gauge 2 show 70, you have a 30% leak. Listen at the oil fill cap, the exhaust manifold, the intake etc. I think you collapsed the pistons and or rings. If she shows good, less than 10% leak down you know that mechanically the motor is good. If not, you are wasting your time troubleshooting.
