97 Tacoma parts help

I just brought this truck home yesterday and was hoping to get help ID'ing the name of these 'parts' and/or helping me find them.

The driver side arm rest is loosey goosey. I see a hole there in the panel. How does this connect to the panel?


This is the inside of the gas cap cover. The piece is missing that the cover sits on(see hole). What is the name of this part?


The rubber 'grommet' piece is missing from the corner of the driver side door. Is there a specific name for this part?

 

The blank switch is for powered mirrors on Limited trim level trucks from 1995-2001. It uses retention clips to hold it in from the back.
