oh yeah... been following that build for a while. that's pretty much what i was refering to... he's a double can and is having trouble getting seats in the back. i think he kinda came up with a solution by cutting into the floor board so people's feet would sit lower and their knees would clear under the cross bar and he'd just pad the shit out of it...but still. IDK...

eric, imagine somthing awfuly happened and you rolled the truck and it caught fire. a person in the back having to crawl though all kinds of tube and prob hit their head on the cage (which will still fuck your shit up even if it's padded) while the truck is upside down... it's a death trap dude.

i know it's an extreme example but why risk anything? i just dont see it being practical or safe.

yes true. the (shitty) e-lockers have a different housing/carrier. The point was to be made more on topic that Eric does not have an E-locker so he's good to go.

And now that I have caught up with this sideways seat idea...What are you thinking dude?? I have romped with you enough to know that "just going camping/lake" involves a hard romp over the most gnarly thing you can find. We would have to put death disclaimer's all over you truck, and advice all traffic to stay fifty feet back...just in case the seat explodes for no reason.

not yet, i got something from usps saying something is waiting for me at ups... but that cant be the seat.

im wondering if i should call them at lunch to see if they have it since they were supposed to have it last night?

and were thinking so... and everyone is saying its a bad idea. i still think its not a bad idea, the only problem i see is someone getting out of the truck in case of a emergency. it will be like crawling through a jungle to get out.
