See Eric, this is even more reason to get a turbo/supercharger. I never have traction so problem solved. LoL Dirt, sand, snow, pavement, wet, dry, etc... I spin my rear (or all 4 if in 4-hi) all day long. Although I will admit, never ending wheel spin does present its own set of interesting problems.

Glad you went with the cage man and glad your both ok for the most part...

Geez, kids these days. No respect I tell you, no respect at all!!!

Well that was pretty stupid now wasnt it.. LoL I learned a long time ago while riding motorcycles that chopping the throttle mid turn/slide produces many unwanted and greatly feared effects.... Same is true for a car/truck... You will learn to master the throttle some day young grasshopper!!!

Okay I know it doesn't even look bad haha.. But my sliders, back bumper and light rack really saved my ass. If it wasn't for all of those it would be way worse.. My light rack sticks out farther than my cab, as well as my back bumper and sliders so thank god I had those..

I can fix that hole in the rear fiberglass, by epoxying the back of it. Same with the front fender. The door I might be able to pull the sent. But I might just leave it.

    :(

Well I was racing in the baja 1000, and I hit a mexican boobie trap doing about 80..

Haha actually I was just driving (racing) around and I was sliding sideways in to where I was parking and I let off the gas to like half throttle and I got traction (wet sand) and just flipped on its side. And I was just hanging there in my 5pt harness, didn't hurt at all.

But if I had my lt on, I would have been 7 inches wider so I might not have rolled. But it started from my rear end so I bet it still would have happened

Just tuning in and seeing the pictures. Glad your ok. I'd kill myself if that ever happened to me. Looks like the kickout on your slider bent in a good bit so I'm guessing that took most of the blow.

The slider actually isn't bent at all, but my back bumper is. Those 2 things softened the blow so I think that's why there's like no damage

Well I want to do it like, yesterday. But there's no point if I don't have 8 inch coilovers.. So I'm just on stand by!

But my dad was taking my truck to the shop by his work this morning and it broke down on him. He's not really sure if its just out of gas or what.. But I'm going when I'm off work to find out. If I need a new engine.. Well here I come 4.6:) haha but hopefully not..
