    house or apartment?

    you can get a nice 3 bed 2 bath for 80k and your looking at 800 a month for the mortgage, that should include mortgage insurance. pretty dam cheap, an apartment is the same price for rent just less utilities....

    the palms apartments on ellsworth and baseline, right by the tacobell :)

    Thinking about buying property in AZ or NV cause calli is pricey Just wanted to know if rent is expensive like it is here (aka profit). Shit 80k that's sooo cheap! my dads car was more than that lol. My place was 173k and my payments are 990 w/ mortgage insurance :)

    let me find a loan real quick thats around 80k and see what the payment is....

    but property here in az is dirt cheap, and i love az!

    theres a 97.5k loan for 15 yrs 4% rate with -.250 discount points and just the mortgage is 721.20. their total payment with escrows and mortgage insurance is 1083.79.

    cheap as FUCK

    lol its a possibility. i know hes working on it finally got all his other projects done. using 1.5 for the engine cage.
