Nice... no idea how I missed this thread...

1999 3.4 SR5 (swapped in e-locking rear and 4.30's from a runner) too many mods to list here, just click my build (the pic in my sig)

Most recent shot I have of my truck is only of the rack (picking it up tomorrow)
    IMG_20160324_172458.jpg

but here's a couple shots from Top of the World in Moab from last year's Rock Therapy

    What fender flairs are those?

I had a TMJ before I got the All Pro I have now... Crazy how thin my TMJ was (looked the same minus the d rings, and I didn't have the winch plate as I bought the truck with it)

the TMJ probably weighed, 40-50lbs... my all pro weighs 90+ easily.

Jungle Fender Flares. They looked good from a distance but at closer inspection they didn't fit along the body very tight at all. PITA to install too - nothing predrilled, had to blindly guess where the factory holes were. Missed a couple times.

Most likely a pinch weld mod. Just smash the fuck out of it with a BFH

Yeah pretty much. I cut the lower part of the weld off first. Then cut a slit into it at the upper part before bending it down. I used some vise grips to start the bend first then just hit it down with a rubber mallet. I also trimmed the fender a bit too. Sprayed it with rubberized undercoating afterwards. Here's a pic of it before I got the 33's installed
