Hey! So I have read that the deckplate mod on the 3.4L is basically the same as the 2.7L except the hole is cut in a different spot. Can someone who has done this mod to their 2.7L please help. I would like to do the deckplate mod but I would like to know exactly where to cut the hole. I found this website with pics http://www.yotatech.com/f2/2-7l-tacoma-deckmod-complete-12624/ should I follow these instructions?

    THANKS!

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Yep, that looks good. Just make sure you get a good seal inbetween the box and deckplate.

Just cut the whole in the front of the box, heres a few pics of mine

The washer jug neck will be right in front of the whole but i dont really matter, you just cut the whole in the front of the box so that it will take in more air coming through the front of the truck
