Is there a wiring diagram on the green housing? Not sure what that relay is for, but they are tested the same way

Can you take and post a photo of the terminals? Why concerns about this relay? Does your truck not start?

there should be 5 wires on the circuit opening relay. as far as I know they havnt changed the wire colors or operation on the v6 1st gens at all for this relay.
    black/white wire +12volts cranking only
Blue goes to fuel pump and should have +12v cranking and running only.
white / black goes to ground.
the white/red is powered via the switched side of the EFI relay and is also +12v
the green / yellow comes off of the ECM and is switched via a transistor... go poking around on this wire with the wrong instrument and you could damage the ECM.

Flatout110 so the truck was sitting a few years I bought it and have not started it because it needed front end work anyway...I changed the oil and soaked the cylinders and now I tried and it cranks over strong but no fuel is getting to the engine, I removed the inline fuel filter with the expectation to change it but when the key is on no fuel is coming from the tank side...I know it is most likely the pump but want to diagnose it best I can before lifting the box

You should hear the fuel pump turn on when you cycle the ignition switch on. More than likely the fuel pump is gummed up from stale gas.

Most vehicle owners are unaware that gasoline begins to go stale after 13 days in a fuel tank. Any long term storage of gasoline blends with ethanol must be treated with a name brand fuel stabilizer. Small engine techs hate ethanol blend gasoline because of the havoc it creates in fuel tanks, lines and carburetors.
