Long story short I blew the a head gasket on a 98 tacoma 5vz-fe automatic and ended up swapping out the motor for a rebuilt one of the same. Motor went in with easy, however I can't seem to get it to crank. The starter is getting ground power. All the fuses are good. There is power coming from the ignition and going to the neutral safety switch but I don't think power is coming from it. The car will crank if you bypass everything and crank it. Any input and advice would be much appreciated.

you blew a main fuse somewhere, check both fuse boxes, especially the big fuses in the one under the hood

you sure you didn't forget to double check the grounds straps to the motor are not just connected but they ohm out with a solid connection?
