Toytec coilovers. Height adjustable Bilstein's. 265/75/16 MT. TRD wheels. Rebuilt r150f. Marlin clutch kit. All kinds of new parts...
This weekend I will be putting a trans and xfer case setup I got out of a 97 4-runner. 5 speed. Also putting in a new clutch, machine flywheel, rear main. I lost 1st gear out of my gear box. Syncro is out or gears are mashed. Toyota tech said someone must of beat the crap out of it because that doesn't happen often. I bought it and it was quite neglected. It was strange how it just all of a sudden one day I could not get it into 1st gear.

Any input or ideas on how to make this more of a smooth process would help. A friend of mine has a shop, trans lift and tools so thank god for that. Saves me about 1000 dollars quoted by the dealer to do the work. Better deal to work on my own truck and give my buddy 100 bucks and some Bud light for the help :)

I'm going to replace all my u-joints in the rear driveline as well as mine have spit all the grease out. Looks like it anyways.
