I recently purchased a 98 taco. Love this little truck, I've had a great time doing new truck maintenance. One thing I'd like to do is replace the old yellow headlight lenses (the turn signals don't seem to be as yellow). I want something with an OEM look, I don't want halos or ricey BS (like this or this. Also why the hell is Home Depot selling headlights?).

TRQ offers a new set of lights for a suspiciously low price. while TEQ offers some for a price that suggests quality.

Any experience with either of these brands or any suggestions for a quality replacement headlight is welcome. OEM style. I'd prefer to spend less, but quality is most important.

    Thanks!

I had great results with the cheap "DEPO" assemblies from Rockauto on mine with the same style lights. I think I spent under $100 for both headlights and markers, all came with new sockets and bulbs as well.

If you just want OEM-style, head over to RockAuto and grab some with the front lensing (not the clear polycarbonate)

Unless some manufacturer actually states the process they use that makes them more UV resistant - just assume they're all the same quality. Park in the shade.
