98' tacoma 3.4 v6 water going into throttle body

    1998 Toyota Tacoma 3.4 l V6 how did it go in there and replace the head gaskets and the intake gaskets exhaust gasket and when I went to start it up it was like it was starving for gas I'm thinking that a hose is hooked up wrong hose goes somewhere else or something isn't right so I pulled the top off again and I see water coming through throttle body does anybody know where the hoses go I just wasn't the one that unplug them so I don't know where they go

    Sounds just like you thought. I don't have a pic handy but someone else likely will.
    There are three hoses on the bottom of the t-body. One goes to the rear of the engine and carries vacuum for the "air assist" system and the other two are supply and return hoses carrying coolant. All three actually connect to the "idle air control" valve. This is fastened to the very bottom of the t-body with four small screws.
    The fitting on the IAC lowest and closest to the pass side will be the vacuum line, the other two are the coolant lines. Which coolant line is which is not critical. Go with what fits best. It's likely the two rear pointing hoses that need to be swapped.
    This is assuming we are talking coolant not plain water unless you are using plain water for the initial start up/testing.

    It might be wise to pull the spark plugs and spin the engine over for a few seconds to expel any coolant that may have accumulated in the cylinders so as not to bend a connecting rod and/or other serious damage. Hopefully that damage has not already happened.
