This is my first post on the forum, so I might not be posting this in the right place, sorry! I know I'm going to sound a little bit stupid when I say this but how do you get the four-wheel-drive shifter knob off? It doesn't seem to be threaded like the shifter knob it just seems to be push fit. Any suggestions?

It threads off counter-clockwise. Probably needs elbow grease. ;)

^ Yes, it is threaded (somewhat fine) and the first time you remove it you have to use a little muscle.
