    I have a 98 tacoma that I'm workin on at the moment, it will run if I jump the starter or if I roll start it but I have absolutely no dash or electrical power

    You need to start someplace.

    More then one issue ??

    A no crank

    No open fuses??

    After it is running what electrical circuits work??

    No gauges No lights no switched Power??

    Your ECM is getting power as the engine runs.
