98 Tacoma Surfside Green Resto

My dad recently wrecked his 98 in the front end. He bought this truck new and I learned how to drive in this truck. Its completely basic and has no extra options manual everything.

He has almost 400k on it now, original trans, motor and rear end. At 350k we finally re did the clutch and etc. I think he paid around 14k from the dealer in 98 If I remember correctly.

I'm wanting to help him give this truck some new life.

The passenger fender and core support and hood and grille and all that needs to be replaced.

Maybe do a front end conversion to the 01 - 04 years? What all is needed for that?

Upgrade interior - he has the bench seat, would captain seats from a 3rd gen runner or 01 - 04 Tacoma work?

Any other suggestions or mods to keep this truck around for another 25 years ?

Truck is well kept and has been serviced by Toyota its whole life. Mechanically it needs nothing and the frame is solid except for one rear shock mount.

Picture attached is of reference and for attention. Not actually my dads truck, but same one, color and damage.
