I want to fix up my truck, replace the exhaust system put in a header if it is available, change the suspension replace the existing front and rear shocks to a better suspension. My truck is a two wheel drive automatic transmission with a 2.7L engine. Replace the spark plugs and wires to a better one update from the existing factory ones. Any suggestions? Not looking to buy a new truck just fix up the old truck make it run and drive a little smoother. Thanks for any suggestions.

Bilstein or Old Man Emu shocks. Is your exhaust manifold cast-iron or tubular? Toyota factory parts are best to use. Have you checked your lower ball joints recently?

Thanks for the reply it's funny you mentioned the ball joint I was driving home and the right front wheel came off. I replaced both upper and lower ball joints on both sides. Not really sure about the exhaust manifold? Where can I find out more information on the shocks you mentioned? Toyota parts are very expensive.
