Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
You do have a 1995.5 Tacoma and not a 95 4x4 pick up ? That could cause some interesting issues.

Quite a few write ups on this project It will not hurt to read them

How hard it will be really comes down to your skill level. With only 2 posts we have no idea where your skills are.

It is just pretty much all grunt work just removing the Prerunner parts and installing the 4x4 parts.

With the Donor vehicle you should have all the parts. Make sure to inspect the 4x4 parts for wear before installing You were able to drive the donor vehicle making sure the 4x4 system worked as it should??

planning on a new clutch and hydraulics while things are apart??

    good Luck!!

I did a 4x4 conversion on my 03 over a year ago and it is not difficult at all. Especially that you have a donor truck it should be even easier. Like mentioned above your skills level will determine how difficult this job will be for you. Good luck
