I can't find a deckplate anywhere around here. this is getting frustrating.

I think they were a pretty good buy. and much cheaper than anything else for sure. ha I'm a student with only a part time job so I gotta stretch every dime.

good looking truck my friend top of the list of pre 2000's! I'm not a big fan of the DC2's but they sure do look beast as hell on yours. and search ebay really hard for a deckplate i found mine i think for like 5 bucks.

i havent noticed cause i never really knew how it was before and soon after i got tires so it probably equaled itself back out but TRD7 aint lying when he said it adds a beastly roar, i really like it and it only took bout 20 minutes!

Where did you get your nerf bars from? I have a 2000 extended cab and really like the black circular bars on yours.

Well this may be how my truck is going to sit for a while. I got truck fever and am looking for a project truck. maybe a 80s model toyota 4runner or pickup. Maybe this way i'll be saving this truck and making whatever I find my trail rig. If anyone knows of a good deal around mississippi let me know

Good thing mine aren't Moto Metals:D. I've wanted those rims since I saw them for the first time about 4 years ago haha

nah I never did the deckplate mod. I haven't been able to decide what to do. I've been going back and forth between buying an old toyota and that being my trail rig and keeping my taco as my DD or selling my taco and buying a 4wd tacoma.

Right now my truck is up for sale and I'm planning on finding a 4wd 4 door 01-04 tacoma. So all that said... I'm saving the deck plate for my next tacoma.

So a new sticker... repping my local offroad club: mississippi-mud

Ran into some troubles this week. The front main seal started gushing oil. So I replaced that and in the process noticed my manifold is cracked. If this stuff keeps up I may end up keeping my truck with all this I keep putting into it.

But anyway. Since I may keep the truck now, What do ya'll think about headers? Is it worth it? what kind to get if they are worth it? or should I just go to a junk yard and just get another manifold? Any suggestions?

Also If ya'll would like to chime in. I can't decide if I want to sell this truck and buy a 4x4 01-04 double cab or just keep this truck and get an older truck for the trails and hunting. What do ya'll think?

That sucks man, but idk if headers are worth it or not but if you already got it tore down and can find some cheap i say go for it otherwise if you decide to sell it just hit the junkyards but GL finding anything from a yota there to:D.

An i say go for the 01-04 but thats just me, but i wouldnt mind having mine and an older somethin to trail ride and hunt with!
