Man, I’m still hung up on the melted brake line outer plastic(?) coating and the burnt smell of the b fluid.

only seen that type of issue on a track/race vehicle

how could fluid/lines get so hot?

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
That leaky master cylinder's fluid goes into the rubber diaphragm in the booster and rots it out. Some of the low cost Amazon boosters are not bad if you don't want to spend a fortune. Used ones can be ok too.

I wouldn't have a go at rebuilding a master cylinder, but I have done it with a small hone that fits in the bore and a new seal kit. Rockauto sometimes has master cylnders with warehouse clearance prices. Beck arnley is a decent brand found there and of course the Aisin one is good.

So I solved the giant cf with the brake nightmare !! After climbing through the whole system and trying to find a clue of what was causing this mess I found it. About two months ago we had a flood of rain and I forgot and left my hood open that day and two or three more after before I realized I left it open . Well I assume that rain water got into my mc res through the vent on top or it wasn’t on all the way and water seeped in . After noticing the water in the brake fluid res after pulling the strainer I saw a brownish algae growing in the bottom of the clear plastic res. I had no idea but apparently dot3 will grow algae in sunlight when water is introduced just like diesel . Who knew!! So I now am 99 % positive that algae that grew while my hood was open a couple days after the rain got in is now throughout the system causing blockage and locking the brakes completely up. The last problem I had with the fuel system I just threw parts at it and it was expensive this time I went through it all to find the damn problem and did . Huge screw up leaving the hood open but who knew . Now we’re flushing the entire system and using a product I used in the oilfield that kills algae without interfering with anything else . Then flush all that out and start anew . Now can anyone tell me if synthetic brake fluid will host algae growth im getting conflicting answers . I also will be painting the clear algae growing room known as the fluid res black to prevent this from ever becoming a sequel!! SMH I’m my own worst enemy

@ControlCar they front brakes were so hot it looked like someone was frying hamburgers on the grill the amount of smoke coming out of the wheels . That plastic protective plastic on the outside of the hardline side that comes on them from factory was literally bubbled up ash on there I touched it and it turned to powder in spots that sob was freaking hot !! I’ve never seen it before
