mine are the 48" (4 foot) and fit perfect. my stretch kit is set at 36" (3 foot) i love the set up and cant wait to use it a ton this summer with surf boards, canoes, kayaks, and what ever else i feel like putting on it.

about the short part. do you mean they are too short and dont reach across the roof or dont come up off the roof enough?

i guessing you mean across. you can see pretty good how they are long enough.

Thanks man. I just picked up a NEW kit with 48" load bars for $150!? Incredible deal. the seller had no use for it and was leaving the states, so I hopped on it before someone else did. Looking forward to installing it soon. Keep us all posted on how that LED setup works! Looks good.

painted, moved CB antenna, and moved the toolbox closer to the cab. the paint sucks. already chipped the front. going to get bed liner and redue it.

Just check the stamp on your tire. The last measurement should tell you the rim size (how tall)

Ps If you're gonna keep that Bedliner for any amount of time I'd do something about that hole where the antennae used to be. Water will get in there and rust the shit out if your bed.

put the LED fogs in my toolbox. did a pretty good job i think hiding the wire to the switch in the cab. let me know what yall think. im going to try to also add two more switches on both sides of the toolbox so i can flip them on when outside. and the reason for bothsides is cause of course when you need the lights, your going to be on the wrong side and have to walk all the way around the truck.. so im thinking ahead and just putting them on both sides.
