99 Tacoma build TRD OFF ROAD

well of course it gets in front of your air controlls. that part wasnt a big deal im a window kinda guy anyway and its fast going up and down. the only problem iv come across is i have a 5 speed so i put the screeen down and was shifting and it hit my hand. it clears the shift nob in third but not if your hand is on it. other than that. i love it. i can do everything i need with it.

 

is your roof rack one of the ones that clamps inside the doors or bolts on?

 

the front and middle clamp and the back is bolted on

 

i got a spring for my CB antenna highly needed all these parking garages and tree branches growing over the road. ill get a picture up tomorrow.

Looking good man! My door handle paint is already chipped so I'm gonna have to redoubt it and sand it this time around.

 

damn those are the only things i didnt sand down.. oh well if mine chip its not like its that hard to redo them. do you think i should debadge the Tacoma off the door, paint it black or leave it how it is?

 

i dont have one. but i will take one tonight. i need to rewire them to more relays i have way to many lights on one relayand i have no idea how i dont have a ticket yet. i have two of six covered. and i only have 5 covers anyway.

Really like the six lights on top, ive got four there and two on my bumper, the six looks really good though, wished i did that instead

 

thanks man! i started with the four and then went to the six. i love it, i also want to do some on the front bumper as well but then i would need a second battery.

 

put pole holders on tool box and LED lights for the bed


well last night i was using my KC lights and all the sudden the right three went out. found out the ground wire was loose.. fixed the problem this morning and took a couple pictures without the light bar. (looks like it was a buck now a doe)

i just sanded them to redo them but have not gotten around to redoing them.

 

its, wierd seeing your truck without lights...and mine with! lol.

 

they were off for about 30 mins haha. i didnt even drive it without them i was

 

got a roll bar today. double tube black with 4 KC lights tool box fits between bars and still opens!! got rid of the 6 light light bar because the six lights is a little unneeded. So i split them up 4 on the roll bar and 2 on the brush guard! (coming soon)

first thing tomorrow! i ran out of sunlight. but the this thing looks awesome. cant wait to get the brush guard and the lights on that and all wired up
