Not worth it though! I dont feel like having a leaky axle right now
It could be unbalanced somehow but you would know if its a u-joint. Let him check it out first before you do anything though

So idk if you guys have read that the elocker axle is weaker then the 8.4 open axle. I just tried to let a new member know not to romp his elocker too hard cause they aren't real strong, and I was told by another person my info is completely wrong and not factual, just speculation

Arguing with Ben is gonna get you nowhere without definite proof to prove him wrong. Give up while you can lol

It's tacomaworld. You either talk about how gnar your truck is, bro. Hate on jeeps, or get into arguments about stuff that doesn't pertain to tacomas. lol

I fully believe that the fact of the matter is very full of content with which I agree upon with my utmost gravity

Okay guys, not to take the light off Sean but I'm in a predicament. We're going to get a bit into my life story here, so bare with me.

Okay, so I was born in Bellevue, NE at age 0. I was 11lbs 3oz. I have one older brother, and an older sister. When I was 5, my parents got a divorce. When I was 6, my mom decided to take my brother and I to the U.P. (because that's where she was born) to be closer to my grandma and stuff. Well, over the years I've grown up in the U.P., my mom got remarried, my sister got married and divorced, and now the guy she's with she had a baby with. All good right? Well, that's why my mom and stepdad want to move back to Omaha, to be closer to the baby and stuff. Well, at first I was all about leaving this shitty place, so I sold my truck and quit my job. Well, I'm starting to think twice.

The reason I'm telling you all fine gentleman this, is because tonight on my way home, I saw a truck that was for sale on Craigslist, so I thought what the hell, I'll check it out. OMG. The outside isn't all that great, it's got scratches, dings, etc., but the undercarriage is almost rust free. The front end is ehh but the frame and rear suspension is awesome. It's a 5spd, 22re, 1995 Toyota Truck, regular cab, and it's got 185xxx miles on it (kinda high, I know), but the guy said he'd take $2000 for it.

This was the only good pic I could get of it. It has some sort of a 'custom' rear and front bumper, they're a little rusty but nothing a little sanding and paint couldn't touch up.
    2hx2987_d7eb3697b6f0310c6316737f8ac33b5f38ef47bf.jpg

So I either buy the truck, and stay for one more winter in the U.P. and live with my grandma, or I ditch the idea and just head out to Omaha. What would you guys do? I saw this truck and it's awesome, it's just what I want and everything. I think it might be a sign haha.

Sorry for such a long post, but idk I'm just really lost on what to do right now :p

Hmmmm, that's a very difficult decision. I'd definitely test drive the truck and get it looked at or examine it yourself before making a decision like that because of it. To move or not to move, that's really hard because you're out of school now, but what are you gonna be doing now? More jobs in the UP or Omaha? Trucks in Omaha? Buy truck, drive to Omaha?

Sam I gotta say that truck would be pretty sick! it doesnt look bad at all almost no rust it seems? like matt said I would test drive it and take it to a shop to get a inspection if you are serious about buying (like $50) Which place do you want to live in more? I dont see why you could get away with driving this truck in either location. It really depends on where you think its best to live at
