Under my rear wheel wells some of the paint stuff was falling off and let the red show through so I took some bedliner I had leftover from a project on my moms car and sprayed it in. On a side note I have to have my tie rods on both sides replaced but those who will comment know that hahah

    After: Drivers

After: Passengers ran low on bed liner so I didnt shoot the whole thing just the red

seems to hold up fairly wheel on my moms car

Looking good. Never would have thought of that. You got any plans for a lift kit and slider? I think it would greatly enhance the look of your truck.

Shhh I'll inform you since you're new. This 4wd Tacoma suffers from what we call Pavement Princess syndrome and sees less offroad then my Prerunner, therefore he has no use for aforementioned items. ;). Otherwise :woot: New guy! Welcome to Wyatt's no-build-happening thread that we destroyed and turned into a bs thread. I like your truck. Come join the Teen BS thread we moved to.

Thanks man! I saw someone on here did it but with a paint but figured the bedliner would last longer and stay like the original stuff. Honestly I'd love to lift the truck and throw some slidders on but right now its not practicle since with 3.91 gears I wouldn't wanna go above a 30-31. Hey check out the teen bs thread there a some cool guys our age in there

I'll give you that. I've looked at regearing my truck from 4:10 to 4:56 and it's a pretty penny for that. I'll be looking forward to the progress on your truck. I'll check out the Teens BS Thread and see what's around there.

Feel free to check out my "Mall Crawler" build. I got some goodies on the way right now.

How do you have 3.91 gears? You should have 4.10s. I have 4.10s

Go take a pic of your door code. Ill double check. A 1999 4wd v6 auto first gen should be 4.10 gears. 4cyl were 4.56s usually

Completely missed this my bad! But will do tonight.

On a side note my dad paid for inner and outer tie rods :D three were going so he ordered the forth because he didn't wanna mess with them if it went bad. Should be done with that tonight then an alignment tomorrow and I'm good!
