99 Tacoma turning signals not working

I recently bought a 99 Tacoma as my daily from a younger dude, he did all kinds of things to it but I have slowly but surely tried to get it back to stock at possible. One problem that I can’t figure out is the turning signals, horn and hazards. I have replaced the fuse for horn several times now and it keeps blowing. When I turned the hazards on, only the front hazards work but not the back?? Turning signals don’t come on inside the truck nor do they come on outside. I have replaced the flasher and still no luck?? Any ideas or suggestions?

Check the tow wiring if you have it,
it's usually behind the driver side taillight.
