    I have a 1999 tacoma sr5 with a manual transmission
It has a factory anti theft measures built in. to start the truck i have to hold in the high beams while cranking it or else the horn honks. It hasn't been working fine for the last 17 years until now. Don't know if its just a relay or fuse. I would love to just disable it. Can anyone help me

There might be a module behind the dash on the driver side that can just be unplugged. If doing this is not within your abilities, take it to a dealer, or a Toyota-specialty shop.
