So I've got a grand to spend on my truck.
I have a 3" level lift, 285's, wheel spacers, hookeroad roof rack, and traction boards.
I'm really wanting a DB Customs grill, rock sliders, new speakers/small sub, wheels or?!

If you had $1000 to spend, what would you buy?? I'm just having a hard time narrowing it down lol20200430_151045.jpg

I'd do stereo. It's something you use every time you're in the truck.

I would buy $1000 worth of GNUS stock, then sell it in mid june after tripling my money.

Then I would spend my $3000 on all the things I wanted.

You can get a rear bumper for less than $1000, a front will probably be more if you want winch compatible.

Actually you could get a slim front bumper winch compatible for less than $1000

The slimline front bumpers are a great addition. Easy mod and keeps it looking stock.

That's kind of what I was wanting. I actually really like the factory bumpers but I think the slimeline suits it really well

Yeah there's a lot of full bumpers, but most include a lot of cutting or they make the front look like a transformer.

Really interesting question. I am posting here so I get the updates.

One thing I would do is make a list of my favorite options in each category and put together some budgetary pricing. It might help make a decision when you look at the numbers. For example, do you go for one big purchase or can you get two, three or four things on the list?

Sliders for sure if you ever go offroad. Cheap insurance because fixing a rocker panel is expensive.

The answer depends on how you use the truck and how you value looks vs function.

A stereo and snazzy wheels won't bring you home or reduce damage.

Sliders and other recovery gear would.

If I had $1000 I would get me a 6ft soft topper for the bed.
