A snapple bottle that someone from the plant put into the frame during manufacturing?

Edit: I forgot we do not have fully boxed frames...doh

Ok, ok. Sorry for the delay--was wrapping up some finals yesterday, and didn't check back until this morning.

    So the answer is....wheel weight.

According to dealership, the wheel weight which is used to balance the tire was a tiny bit loose. They had already looked it over before and it felt secure, but once they had everything all laid out and still hadn't figured out the problem, they happened to notice some little scuffing next to the weight. It has been just loose enough that freeway speeds got it to move.

Thought I would pass it along in case anyone has a similar problem, so they don't waste a week with their truck at the dealer.

I'd be kicking myself if I was that technician. Not that similar things haven't happened to me (and every technician) before.
