For sure! At least outside of a filter and AN lines to the front it’s pretty shallow;). I went down a deep one a few nights ago. I started with electric fans, and ended with a CSF radiator and a complete cooling system upgrade.... it will probably happen.

Haha damn, i didnt realize you had to run new lines to the front, but that makes sense:anonymous:

Ive been planning jumping down that one as well! What kinda efan setup you gonna do? I want to do some dual efans but dont know which to go with. I really like the idea of going with a Lexus setup to try and keep it as reliable as possible. My sisters lexus rx came with dual efans stock:goingcrazy:

Man you gonna have a rocket ship too. The headers sound good and look even better.

I haven’t looked at the Lexus set, but I will now. I’m looking at a Derale dual setup with a PWM controller. I’m thinking once I get the radiator I can size up a good fit then build the brackets pretty easy, so I can have a nice aluminum shroud that uses the full surface area.

It actually quieted down the intake noise. With the exhaust pulses evened out, it gives the illusion that the truck is quieter. I’m really happy with it.

Thanks man, I really like the switchback effect. Here is the thread I bought them through. The first video in the thread shows them in action.

I lied. The hole got deeper. I figured out since I wanted AN fittings all the way to the front, I might as well look at fuel rails, which led to injectors, regulators, and such. o_O

@JustDSM you’re running 455’s NA correct? Thinking of seeing if FIC can do 455’s unless you think you could tune the 525’s successfully. I sure would be ready for boost then :der:

    That I am!

We could absolutely dial in the 525’s! In all honesty though, for straight N/A, there’s no need for anything larger than the TRD (Denso) 455’s. If you do have plans to boost, that changes the equation a bit.

I’m leaning towards the 455’s as well, if FIC will do them for a good price, I’ll have to call them and see since they only show the 525’s on the website. In the long run I’ll probably end up boosted but I’m liking the NA quest right now.

Im running 455s with a 2.5 pulley (about 10lbs of boost) and meth and ive got plenty of fuel still. My injector duty cycle % is in the low 80s. I would run the 455s if it was me personally. I am also not running FPR mod for reference. And if i was not running meth, i would definitely be short on fuel. Just things to consider if you ever plan on adding additional fueling later on
