I finally got around to taking my AC compressor clutch apart. The clutch looks ok, and the bearing seems to spin freely. I went ahead and ordered a complete rebuild kit, but I am thinking it might be something inside the compressor. Not sure what to think? I will try the rebuild and if that doesn't fix it then I guess I will have to buy a complete compressor. Ill just return the rebuild kit.
