Question for any of you guys that replaced a 2nd Gen AC Condenser.

How much R-134A PAG oil would you suggest to add in a replacement AC Condenser? About a 1/4 cup full? 1/2?

***Condenser was made for Tacomas made after 04/2012, FYI

It depends on how much you lost. If you pulled a vacuum prior to the exchange and measured how much oil was lost then you can determine how much to replace. If not you have to pull one after the exchange and measure how much you vacuumed out along with guessing if any was lost at any other time. I would caution you about putting too much back in as the cooling effect will be diminished.

@savedone my condenser is punctured, some idiot ran right infront of me. The green oil and refrigerant evacuated itself.
    Good to know thanks.
