Today my A/C stopped blowing cold air and the a/c light started blinking. Upon investigating the issue I believe that the compressor is seized but just wanted to see if that aligns with others opinions too. When I was doing my diagnostics, if I turned the A/C on, the outer pully would turn (green arrow), but the inner circle would not (red arrow). It looks to me like the compressor is seized which caused the rubber gasket inside to get chewed up. Let me know if my thinking is correct or wrong. Thanks

Can you turn the inner part by hand with the teuck off? If not then yes most likely it's locked up, if you can you may just need a new clutch.

I couldn't really move the inner part by hand. I could wiggle it a little, but not freely spin the inner part at all.
