A/C Issue

    I have a 2011 Tacoma and the a/c light started flashing a few weeks ago. Its starting to heat up here in El Paso, I have replaced the compressor, discharge line, liquid line with high pressure switch. Took it to a shop and they still could no get the clutch to engage, they where able to ground it out and charge to system thinking it was due to low Freon. But once they ungrounded it, it still wont Engauge. Has any one ran into this issue or know if something I might have over looked.
