My father-in-law used his 2006 DC Tacoma to charge another car last week, and ever since then his A/C is not blowing cold air. The A/C light is blinking. After searching, it seems there is an issue with a relay. I checked the fuse under the hood and it is still good. Where is the relay to check it? How would I replace it? Someone else had mentioned using the towing light relay in place of the A/C one.

This is the underhood fuse box. The relay is for the a/c clutch. In the diagram I think it's described as the Magnetic Clutch. If you swap it with the Tow/Tail relay #18 you should know if that's the problem, you could also use the Horn Relay #17. Hope this helps.

If the refridgerant is low, the compressor will not engage, FYI.
