I replaced the blower motor, the resistor, cabin air filter, tried to "unclog" a/c drip line but that seems to be dripping fine. My fan works on all levels but the air flow is weak even on the highest setting. The air flow is weak on both hot/cold settings. I don't hear anything when it's running as far as ticking or anything else, the a/c is also cold when it is coming out, just weak air flow.

What's my next step in diagnosing my issue?

Chronic problem on my '05 and '15 Prerunners. Have you replaced the connectors on resistor and blower? For some reason there is a lot of resistance that causes overheating and bad connections.

Make sure your blower motor is running the correct direction, there should be an arrow on the blower wheel indicating proper rotation.

I'm just an idiot, I had the wires for the blower plugin backwards so I'm pretty sure the fan was blowing the opposite way. I switched the wires around and now she's blowing strong. Smh
