Tacoma 2003 Xtended cab.... noticing that no matter the setting on the A/C it always blows through the floor. I live in a very hot latitude, so the A/C is always on to the point my feet get freezing.... on the other hand, the air does not come out of the extreme vents (left and right) only the ones on center? Thoughts on how to fix that? Other than that the A/C is tip top and works like a charm.

    thanks all!

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Either your duct work is blocked or the servo motor no longer works .

Your going to need to get up close and in person under the dash.

i just 'rebuilt' my HVAC manual control (greased gears/sanded connectors) on my old 98 subaru
when i unhooked all the manual actuator cables, the knob/cable that controls the defrost(windshield)/heat(floor)/ac(face) went behind glove box
im fairly sure that this is where this actuator directs the cold/hot air on your truck as well

start by taking glove box out

The servo that controls the duct work is on the drivers side near the gas pedal if you look under the dash you will see it.

ouch see that 4.2? tht means 4.2hrs to install

    labor description says:
R&R Complete, Includes R&R Evaporator Assy, Glove Box, Glove Box Reinf & Inst Panel Finisher, w/ A/C Add 1.0

that is not always the case, sometimes you can get to the servo by contorting your arm/body to remove and install

once you get to the point tht you can see the above box^^^diagram
you can determine which servo is bad by turning knobs on the HVAC panel while your hand is on said servos
if you feel something moving/clicking....that servo is good
if you feel nothing.....there is your issue
