I rolled 25,000 miles and have recently been hearing a ticking noise. So, with the research from this wonderful site, I came up with a dirty CABIN AIR FILTER. I pulled mine out and damn that thing was dirty!!! Leaves, pine needles, and other crap! I bought a new one from Autozone for 30.00 bucks. The noise is no longer there and the A/C blows a little harder!!! Thanks TacomaWorld!!!:D

Damn, I should have taken pics. I also vaccumed in and around the housing to the CABIN AIR FILTER.
