Finally put together all the parts I need for my fuse relay panel build. I refuse to pay $500 for an Spod when I can build something like it for around $100.

    So far I have:

    6 way fuse block
    100A circuit breaker
    8 gauge wire (red/black)
12 position double row distribution block
    6 12V waterproof relays
5 position ground bus bar for my other accessories that need to be grounded outside of the fuse block (raptor lights, amps, etc.)
    Various wire connectors

I bought some sheet metal for a mounting bracket for all this but I have no idea how to make the bracket because I don’t have a vice or anything to bend the metal with. Might end up forking out $85 for the blank Powertray but it’s unbelievably overpriced.

@Bigdaddy4760 could you help me build a fuse panel if I give you the $$?

Currently my plan is to be able to run a single wire to each switch for each accessory. That means a total of 6 neatly wound wires going through my firewall instead of the bundle of 20 something wires I currently have. I only have enough lights to support 3 switches, but I will have the ability to add 3 more. I’d love to do the full 12 way fuse block but there is almost no space even for the 6 way fuse block and all the relays.

I hate the rats nest I currently have in my engine bay and while it’s “safe”, it’s not really safe. I wanna clean it up and make it the most efficient way possible and I had no idea building something like this was so easy. Even @ALI3N_123 could do it.:D

I’ll keep updating as I go along and get everything. Let me know if I missed anything I may need.

This is essentially my end goal. Except with a circuit breaker and 6 relays.

Hopefully I don’t fuck it up like everything I do to my truck but it’s pretty simple and hard to mess up

Couple 16ft posts, 360lbs of concrete, and a bunch of 2x4’s all loaded up. Definitely sketchy but nothing even budged lol
