So the topic has been beaten to death, but folks are still (and will be) questioning the use of 265 75R16 tires on a stock suspension. SO, I thought maybe if people who did it could state if they regretted the move for any reason (rubbing on air dam, mud flaps, mpg loss, acceleration loss, etc.), that might be worth the time. Also, if everything works perfectly, that would be helpful too. Remember....STOCK suspension. No lifts or leveling...

No regrets here. They really aren't that much bigger.

there maybe an inch taller depending on tire choice and tread style. don't see why it would cause any issues

Here's mine! 265/75/16 Michelin Ltx A/t2 E-range on stock suspension w/ mudflaps still on. Not a single bit of rubbing or scrubbing even in reverse at full lock. No regrets whatsoever, they're heavier obviously, but I wont be changing a flat tire anytime soon

Edited to add: I figured since I have an ARB bumper that the fronts might rub a little (from the 1/4-1/2" sag from the added weight) but I've been pleasantly surprised w/o any rubbing at all.

No regrets here. They look far better than stock size and don't rub. MPG took a slight hit but not much.

I went from the stock OR tires to BFG KO2s in 265/75R16 and they're great. No issues with rubbing or anything. They look great as well.
